Little Dragons
We thrive the Little Dragons program to be based on LIFESKILLS and lifelong learning skills.

For example: valuable pre-school lessons such as confidence, courtesy, respect, and self-discipline. Children develop and enhance these life skills as they grow as individuals and advance in our program. As well, as applying every day skills at home and school. A clearly noticeable and positive difference in your child’s outlook, attitude, and behavior can be expected after just a few classes in our amazing Little Dragons program.Healthy Habits Start EarlyKids today are constantly exposed to so many distractions that their senses can get overloaded. More screen time and less street time can lead to detachment from others, and the lack of physical activity can lead to health problems. In our programs, kids are active and engaged with others around them in a fun and friendly environment. This fosters the social development they need to work with others, and do well in school and beyond.

Kickboxing
Our Kickboxing program is a perfect blend of a cardio and full body dynamic workout, mixed with practical applied kickboxing techniques. Whether you are looking for an excellent workout program, or even take it to the competitive level. VMA Kickboxing is the program for you!

Beginners Program
Training for the Real World in our Martial Arts for Teens and Adults class, students learn real life practical applications as well as a system to help them manage the stress that comes along with life’s daily challenges. The classes are designed to be more than just kicking and punching. Our Teen and Adult Martial Arts classes give students the ability to gain self confidence and improve their physical and mental capacities. Self-defense is taught in a safe and enjoyable environment while emphasizing the values and practical application of Martial Art skills. In class, students continually practice and improve techniques they are taught along with a strong emphasis on fitness that is challenging for individuals at any level.
